NVIDIA and Digital Realty Power Next-Gen AI Infrastructure

In a major push toward AI infrastructure modernization, NVIDIA and Digital Realty have teamed up to build next-generation AI data centers in Manassas, Virginia. These facilities will feature liquid cooling systems, high-density servers, and digital-twin simulations, allowing them to handle the extreme computational demands of large AI models like GPT-5.

The partnership marks a critical step in what experts call the “AI factory era” — where data centers are purpose-built for training, deploying, and scaling AI systems. NVIDIA’s advanced GPUs will power the backbone, while Digital Realty provides the physical and energy-efficient infrastructure.
